The Autofulfillment™ SPrint™ System is uniquely engineered to bring automation, speed and flexibility to mail order fulfillment applications.
The result of a design cooperative between Accutech Packaging and Automated Packaging Systems, the Autofilfillment SPrint marries state-of-the-art custom integration technology with the most reliable packaging system and materials available on the market today.
The ergonomic design and small footprint of the Autofulfillment SPrint easily integrates into existing packing and shipping areas. An integral component of the system is the preformed mailbags, engineered and manufactured by Automated Packaging Systems. SidePouch bags can be pre-printed in up to 10-colors for brand awareness, and offer other features, such as easy-open perforations or two-way tape for merchandise returns. Customer preferred EarthAware Biodegradable mailbags retain their durability and performance properties while promoting sustainability and producing less waste than comparable corrugated mailers.

The AirPouch Express 3 is a portable, tabletop void-fill system capable of producing over 2,000 cubic feet of air pillows per shift. The unit weighs just 35 pounds, and features a small footprint to free-up valuable warehouse space. There is no need for compressed air – simply turn the unit on and start packing.
AirPouch pillows also feature our exclusive EZ-Tear™ Perforations that are preferred for their easy handling and effortless pillow separation. AirPouch void-fill material feeds from a high-yield box, reducing changeovers and operator lifting. Material storage space is minimal.

The AirPouch FastWrap produces filled bubbles and tubes used for protective packing, such as wrapping, interleaving, and block-and brace applications. FastWrap secures and cushions your products while in transit, reducing returns and increasing customer satisfaction.
AirPouch FastWrap cushioning bubbles feature our patent-pending, channel-filled honeycomb design, which allows multidirectional wrapping and improved product protection. FastWrap block-and-brace tubes feature our exclusive EZ-Tear™ Perforations between each tube, making the tubes easier to separate and reducing material waste.

AirPouch air pillows, bubbles and tubes use EarthAware™ recycled and biodegradable materials for strong, durable products that improve protection while reducing packing and shipping costs. The convenient, boxed material is easy to handle, and dramatically reduces the storage requirements found with paper, foam or bundle bubble materials. |

OF3 mailbag film is specifically engineered for order fulfillment applications. This 3-layer co-extruded film is made from a unique blend of resins that offer superior sealing, strength and security and is ideal for both direct thermal transfer imprinting and adhesive label applications.
The EarthAware family of films includes biodegradable and recycled materials suitable for nearly every application. Products include biodegradable LDPE, LLDPE and new EOF3 mailer film, as well as a high/low density recycled blend. All EarthAware films offer a cost-effective alternative to PLAs and other bio films.
