The Autobag® PaceSetter PS 125™ and PS 125 OneStep™ Tabletop Baggers are specifically designed to bring simplicity, versatility, quality and value to hand load packaging applications.
Operating at speeds up to 25 bags per minute (15 BPM OneStep version), the PS 125 bagging systems offer innovative engineering in a simple, tabletop design. The quiet, all-electric design does not require compressed air to run, making the unit highly adaptable in any low- to mid-volume production environment.
The PS 125 is simple to operate, with a user-friendly display that enables easy access to operating parameters, job set-up, job storage, and on-board system diagnostics.
The PaceSetter PS 125 OneStep™ includes the same conveniences of the standard PS 125 with the addition of a built-in PH 412 imprinter. Featuring next-bag-out printing technology that is ideal for short run and order fulfillment applications, the PS 125 OneStep is capable of printing high resolution graphics, text and bar codes directly on the bag, eliminating the need for a separate labeling operation.

| The AirPouch® Express 3™ is a portable, tabletop void-fill system capable of producing over 2,000 cubic feet of air pillows per shift. The unit weighs just 35 pounds, and features a small footprint to free-up valuable warehouse space. There is no need for compressed air – simply turn the unit on and start packing. |

The SPrint™ SidePouch® system packages at speeds up to 120 bags per minute in continuous mode. Featuring a 30” or 60” load area, the SPrint accommodates one or more operators or infeeds. The SPrint indexes a conveyor of pre-opened bags for loading, then automatically trims and seals the bags in a smooth, continuous operation. The system integrates with automatic infeed equipment, inline imprinters and existing production lines for semi- to fully-automatic packaging.
All SPrint systems utilize bags with special features, such as reclosable zippers, resealable flaps, reinforced headers, tamper-evident perforations, and more.

The fully-automatic Accu-Count® 200a counting & packaging system will also be on display at this year's show. Operating at speeds up to 2,500 batches per hour, the Accu-Count 200a features Part Orientation and Overcount Discharge funnels for highly accurate counting. The user-friendly AutoTouch™ Control Screen enables fast and easy job set-up & recall, real-time productivity data, and on-board system diagnostics.
Multiple Accu-Count counters can be integrated with our Autobag Kit-Veyor® system for fully automatic kit packaging. DeviceNet communications enhances performance in multi-counter Autobag kitting applications.

The Autobag Maximizer™ continuous motion conveyor is specifically designed to optimize kit packaging speed and productivity, and can effectively double the speed of hand-load operations. The Maximizer features operator adjustable modes and rates up to 70 batches per minute. Using advanced sensor technology, the Autobag Maximizer is capable of detecting and counting product from 1/4" to 5 1/2" in length and up to 3" in width. This unit can be easily integrated with Autobag bagging equipment and is ideal for packaging kits comprised of multiple small components. |

The Accu-Scale® 220 is a weigh-count infeed system that integrates directly with an Autobag AB 180 bagger. The Accu-Scale is ideal for counting small parts, as light as 1/10th of a gram to 5 pounds in weight. The system virtually programs itself by simply placing a sample product in the tray, then setting a fixed or range-allowed batch cycle setting. |

The company extrudes its own film to produce poly bags with quality specificatins that are well above industry standards. In-house graphics support and printing expertise provide unique, attractive packaging with a competitive edge. New 10-color printing enables graphic intensive designs that stand out from the crowd.
The EarthAware family of films includes biodegradable and recycled materials suitable for nearly every application. Products include biodegradable LDPE, LLDPE and new EOF3 mailer film, as well as a high/low density recycled blend. All EarthAware films offer a cost-effective alternative to PLAs and other bio films.
We are committed to providing our customers in the food packaging industry with contaminant-free bag products, and received a “Superior” rating from the American Institute of Baking (AIB) Consolidated Standards for Food-Contact Packaging Manufacturing Facilities. The end result is a high-quality bag product that is safe and legal for food contact and other stringent packaging requirements.
