 The new Autobag® PaceSetter PS 125™ and PS 125 OneStep™ Tabletop Baggers are compact, all-electric systems for low- to mid-volume packaging applications. The PS 125 OneStep includes a built-in imprinter with next-bag-out printing technology ideal for short-run and order fulfillment applications. The system is simple to operate, with a user-friendly display that provides easy access to job storage and recall. The unique, locking turntable design combines with the AutoThread™ feature for ergonomic handling and fast changeover of Autobag bags-on-a-roll. Bags are automatically indexed, loaded by hand, then sealed using the Push-to-Seal™ function, a standard footswitch or via automatic cycle control. |

The AirPouch® Express 3 is a portable, tabletop void-fill system capable of producing over 2,000 cubic feet of air pillows per shift. The unit weighs just 35 pounds, and features a small footprint to free-up valuable warehouse space. There is no need for compressed air – simply load and start packing.
The AirPouch Express 3 System uses EarthAware™ recycled and biodegradable materials for strong, durable air pillows that improve protection while reducing packing

 and shipping costs. EarthAware™ pillows feature our unique, EZ-Tear™ perforations for highly durable, puncture-resistant cushions that are easy to handle and separate.
The Express 3 is available with a variety of system options to optimize each unique application, including basic and overhead hoppers, product level sensors, and other accessories that maximize packing efficiency.

The Autobag AB 180 Print-n-Pack™ System is the leading, high speed bagging system available on the market today. The AB 180 is ideal for hand load, semi-automatic operations, or it can be integrated with counters, scales and conveyors for fully-automatic bag packaging. The SPrint SidePouch® Bagging System is engineered for high productivity in hand load or fully-automatic applications. Operating at speeds up to 120 bags per minute, the SPrint features a 60” or 30” load area that presents a conveyor of pre-opened bags, staged for immediate loading. The SPrint system offers special bag features, such as reclosable zippers, flaps, and more. |
