| The AB 255 OneStep bagging system is engineered to provide flexible solutions in order fulfillment and short-run packaging applications. By positioning the PI 412c imprinter directly over the next bag to be loaded, the OneStep prints and indexes in a single step, eliminating bag waste and product queuing. |

Available in wide or narrow versions, these bagging systems can be configured for applications with frequent product changeovers, or integrated with shipping and customer databases for 1:1 order fulfillment applications.  The AB 180 OneStep™ offers bag sizes from 2” – 11” wide, while the AB 255 OneStep bag sizes range from 4” – 16” wide. Both systems print high-resolution graphics, text and bar codes on a variety of system-matched bag materials and sizes, including USPS approved mailbag film. |

The AirPouch Express 3 is a portable, tabletop void-fill system capable of producing over 50 feet of air pillows per minute. The unit weighs just 35 pounds, and features a small footprint to free-up valuable warehouse space. There is no need for compressed air – simply turn the unit on and start packing.
