The FAS SPrint Bagging System brings new levels of speed and versatility to food packaging applications that require daily washdown procedures. Operating at speeds up to 120 bags per minute in continuous mode, this state-of-the-art packaging system is designed for high productivity poly bag packaging of fresh and frozen food grade products.

The FAS SPrint presents a conveyor of pre-opened poly bags that are ready for immediate loading. The 60 inch load area provides ample space for one or more operators, and the ergonomic design is preferred for its close proximity of product to the bag. The entire load area tilts 90 degrees for access to all areas that require direct washdown.  The rugged design 

incorporates corrosion-resistant, stainless steel construction and a NEMA 4 electronics enclosure for safe and reliable operation in wet areas.

The FAS SPrint bagger can be integrated with a variety of automatic infeed systems and washdown compatible inline imprinters for semi- to fully-automatic packaging of portion or bulk food packs.
