Automated Packaging Systems supplies a complete line of infeed systems, including weigh scales, automatic counters, conveyors, and kit packaging systems for integration with the company’s Autobag® and SidePouch™ bag packaging systems. These infeed systems can be used to design a completely automatic bagging operation for maximum productivity and cost savings.

These weigh scales, counters and conveyors will accommodate a wide range of product sizes, shapes, weights and volumes for high speed packaging.
 

 

Autobag Accu-Scale® 220 Weigh Counter
Autobag Accu-Scale® 220 - Versatile and accurate weigh counter
 
This highly sensitive weigh count system uses advanced sensor technology to accurately count small and light weight parts. The Accu-Scale 220 is designed to easily integrate with the Autobag AB 180 bagging system for a complete weigh count packaging system.
 
  • Accuracy for parts from 1/10th of a gram to 5 pounds in weight.
  • Variable range settings and semi-automatic cycling.

Autobag® Linear Weigh Scale
Autobag® Linear Weigh Scale - High volume, high speed weight counting system
 
This high volume weight counting system uses a vibratory linear pan-feed and high accuracy weigh count system for packaging up to 45 bags per minute. The Linear Weigh Scale accommodates variable pre-set batch weights, and funnels product into a pre-opened bag-on-a-roll for automatic bag sealing and dispensing.
 
  • Integrates with Autobag AB 180 and AB 255 bagging systems.

Autobag® Accu-Count 200 Automatic Counter

This vibratory automatic infeed system will count and batch small parts at speeds up to 2,500 packages per hour. The state-of-the-art AutoTouch™ Control Screen enables easy job set-up and recall for rapid changeovers. The Accu-Count 200 can be integrated with the Autobag AB 180 bagging system and PI 412c Printer for a complete count, print and pack system.
 
  • Accuracy for parts from 1/8” diameter to 2.5” long.
  • Includes part orientation funnels and overcount discharge for maximum speed and accuracy. 
  • Enables multiple counter integration with the Kit-Veyor conveyor for fully-automatic kitting.

Autobag Kit-Veyor® - Fully integrated counting and conveyor system for high productivity kit packaging
 
This packaging conveyor system integrates multiple Accu-Count vibrating counters with a conveyor system to automatically count and collate small components into packaged kits. The Kit-Veyor is DeviceNet compatible and works with Autobag bag packaging systems for a significant labor savings in high productivity kit packaging applications.
