| Parts Exchange Services |

Our Parts Exchange Services are fast and simple. Electronics assemblies can be exchanged for reconditioned and updated assemblies at nearly half the cost of buying new. We offer same day shipping on exchange parts, and allow up to 15 days to return your defective item – so you are not waiting for parts to be repaired. Exchange parts are repaired and updated by factory-direct technicians and come with a 90-day parts warranty.

| Repair & Return Services |
| The most cost-effective method for electronics assembly repairs. Repairs and vital updates are performed at our facility in one easy step. Simply send defective assemblies to our Factory Service Repair Center, and we will repair and return it to you, typically within two weeks. Repair services are performed by our factory-direct technicians and offer a 90-day parts and labor warranty. Rush service is also available. |

| Our Factory Service Repair Center also offers custom repair and reconditioning services on all of our baggers, printers and infeeds. All repairs and services are performed by our experienced technicians using genuine Autobag® and SidePouch™ components to ensure optimum performance. |
