Automated Packaging Systems Introduces AirPouch® Twin Pillow Protective Packaging Material
STREETSBORO, OH – Automated Packaging Systems, the world leader in high-reliability bag packaging systems, has introduced its new AirPouch® Twin Pillow protective packaging materials. AirPouch Twin Pillows offer the versatility of using one product for both void-fill and block-and-brace applications, and boast the company’s patented EZ-Tear™ Perforations for fast and effortless packing.
AirPouch Twin Pillows feature a center seam that enables easy folding around corners and product edges for superior protection. These pre-formed double pillows come fan-folded in a high-yield box and are inflated on demand using AirPouch inflator systems. Boxed materials require less storage space than pre-filled materials and are usable from the first foot to the last, eliminating waste often found with rolled protective packaging.
AirPouch Twin Pillows are available in linear low density polyethylene and EarthAware® environmentally responsible blends.
“These new Twin Pillows give our customers more options within our ever-growing line of AirPouch protective packaging products,” explains Chris Rempe, Vice President of Global Marketing. “We expect Twin Pillows will be preferred by many for their versatility and ease of use.”
