Preventive Maintenance Agreements
Improving system productivity and avoiding a crisis service situation or breakdown is as easy as scheduling regular maintenance for your Autobag® or SidePouch® bagging systems.
Automated Packaging Systems offers a variety of standard Preventive Maintenance Agreements (PMAs) to ensure trouble-free operation. We also offer custom Preventive Maintenance Agreements designed specifically for your operational requirements. Custom PMAs can be all-inclusive of parts and labor, or simply consist of routine maintenance visits.
PMAs generally pay for themselves with better overall system uptime and consistently higher packaging productivity. Scheduled PMA visits can include thorough inspection of your Automated Packaging Systems equipment, replacement of worn parts, identification of parts that may need future replacement, basic training for new operators and more.
All of the company’s Preventive Maintenance Agreements are carried out by our staff of factory-direct and certified Field Service Engineers.
